All my chocolate wedding cakes are deluxe cakes made with top quality Belgian chocolate so if you are looking for the ultimate chocolate treat these are for you! They differ in many ways to traditional iced wedding cakes even ones with chocolate sponge tiers. As well as making a great centrepiece they are delicious served with fruit and cream or ice cream or just on their own. |
- each tier is three layers of rich moist chocolate cake filled with Belgian chocolate mousse (which can be flavoured to give an extra dimension!)
- coated with either Belgian chocolate paste, to give a smooth finish, or a delicious poured chocolate Gnache
- I only use the best quality Belgian couverture chocolate in all my chocolate wedding cakes
- all cakes can be made with either white, milk or plain chocolate or a mixture on different tiers.

Chrissie - this stunning 4 tier white chocolate cake covered in smooth white chocolate and decorated with large white chocolate roses and fans makes a fabulous centrepiece and talking point. Click on the picture to see another version with a touch of colour added

Chrissie(milk) - a version of the popluar Chrissie design but this time covered in poured milk chocolate Gnache which the bride for whom this cake was made described as 'deliciously devine'. Decorated with large handmade roses and fans in dark, milk and white chocolate.

Cheryl - a stunning cascade of large handmade white and pink chocolate roses on this stacked cake which is covered with delicious Gnache spread to leave a rough look.

Eve - the ultimate chocolate centrepiece. A tower of deluxe chocolate cake
surrounded with handmade wraps of 100% Belgian chocolate. Something your

Alesha - a modern style of cake incorporating deep tiers of white and milk chocolate decorated with shards and truffle balls in plain, milk and white.

Liliana - a grand arrangement of deluxe chocolate cakes decorated with white chocolate
ruffles filled with fresh roses displayed surrounding the water fountain.
This was a cake for a large gathering but can easily be adapted to suit a
smaller number of guests.

Berry - a delicious dessert cake, perfect for a summer wedding. A 4 tier cake
decorated with fresh summer berries, this can be adapted in size to suit the
exact number of guests you need to serve.

Anneliese - 4 tier stacked version of the popular cigarillo cake decorated with pearls, wide ribbon bands and brooch and a fresh rose posy to give a vintage chic look.

Scarlet - the 'tricolour' chocolate look but without the dark chocolate layer. This cake was covered and decorated with white chocolate for the top tier, milk chocolate for the bottom and a mix of white and milk for the middle tier. This worked really well to give a 'coffee' coloured centre tier.

Marta - a fun cake decorated with everyone's favourite Maltesers in milk and white chocolate with a funky wired topper.

Maya - all the usual different shaped cakes are available as chocolate wedding cakes. In this case a two tier heart shaped cake displayed on the 2 tier 'c' stand and a silver base, decorated with fresh Grand Prix roses and hypericum berries.

Sarah - a cake with a real wow factor, white Belgian chocolate wraps around each tier 'blocked' with white chocolate ruffles with the top tier piled high with more ruffles of yet more chocolate!

Claudia - everyone loves milk chocolate and this example of the popular round cakes decorated with milk chocolate cigarillos with fresh flower sprays in pale pink and displayed on the spiral stand looks delicious and gives a rich contemporary look

Lisa - three tiers of rich chocolate cake covered with poured chocolate Gnache and decorated with striking silk gerberas in hot pink created a chic modern design. This type and style of cake is perfect for serving as a dessert.

Angelica - delicious white chocolate teamed with the popular and contemporary look of
calla lilies. The cakes are separated by clear block separators containing
fresh calla lilies and the whole display is mounted on our custom made clear
cake stand which is also filled with matching fresh flowers and foliage.

Linda - Milk chocolate and fresh fruit make the perfect combination to serve as
dessert. This example is displayed on the popular spiral shaped stand.

Tor - a different shaped cake made up of 3 pillars covered with delicious Gnache and decorated with a 'waterfall' of ruffles and chocolate roses.

Nadine - a striking monochrome look cake in plain and white chocolate decorated with a cascade of chocolate roses and calla lilies to match each tier.

Sissy - three tiers stacked simply and covered with the 'rough' look of spread Gnache. The cascade of Gerberas are made from coloured white chocolate so as with most of these designs you can enjoy eating the flowers too!

Valentina - The cake itself is a standard stacked round cake covered with Gnache but the exquisite flowers, all made from coloured white chocolate give a vintage look that is so popular at the moment.
