Choose a rich fruitcake baked from my own exclusive recipe using the finest quality ingredients and matured for a minimum of 3 months to be in perfect condition for your wedding day. Most wedding cake designs can be made in vanilla or lemon sponge, chocolate, coffee or carrot cake. If you have a favourite flavour then let me know. I also cater for various dietary requirements and can provide dairy free, wheat (gluten) free and eggless cakes. Please ask for details.
