Unique Wedding Designs
Every wedding cake shown on our website has been designed to a couple's specific requirements. Below is a selection of completely unique designs which show what can be achieved if you would like something really different for your wedding centrepiece. These are real “one offs” so if you'd like a cake that's wild and wacky or simply breathtaking please talk to us about your ideas and we can let our imaginations run wild!

Bebo - a cake fit for an Indian banquet was the request of this couple. Bright colours, jewels, lots of gold and butterflies fitted with their theme perfectly.

Carnival - a bright modern design incorporating lots of cheerful colours 'wonky' cakes, stylised flowers, golden balls and fancy sugar bows. Something really different for those wanting to get away from a traditional looking wedding cake.

Art Deco - the wedding colour scheme was red and purple and the style was art deco - the result was a rich sumptuous looking cake incorporating the art deco style.

Nargis - rich golds were the theme for this Indian wedding cake. The bottom tier was decorated to match the beading and embroidery on the bride's sari.

Amethyst - the brief for this cake was a colour palette of purples, orange, silver and gold, a touch of Kenyan safari and 'totally over the top'. This is what we came up with which fitted with the whole theme of the wedding perfectly.

Kira - a striking colour scheme really works well with this modern design incorporating wonky cakes, harlequin and quilted effects, large bows and some sugar roses.
|
Whimsical - wonky cakes with bright, cheerful colour schemes and bold decorative designs are popular with couples looking for something different.

Pia - a cross between a traditional tiered cake and a castle cake, this pretty design incorporates personalised figures and castle top tier.

Fountain Wedding Designs
Incorporating a lit water fountain into your wedding cake display can give it the ultimate 'wow' factor. The cake can be a lavish multi-tiered display or a more traditional stacked style displayed above the fountain, we have all the equipment and decorative touches required to create a stunning display and can provide fresh flower decorations if required. Lalima - a lavish display of cakes and flowers around the central fountain. All colour schemes and floral themes can be personalised to your requirements.
|
Liliana - similar in layout to Lalima this cake incorporates tiers of our deluxe chocolate cake decorated with fresh roses around the central fountain.
|
Billie-Jo - baby pink, hearts, a castle, models of all of the bridesmaids and page boys plus the bride and groom - this cake incorporated all of the bride's requirements in one large display.

Yvonne - classy white and gold together made this display a beautiful feature in the reception room.
|

Belle - you don't have to have a huge cake to incorporate the fountain. This design incorporated only two cake tiers but the castle topper and tall, sparkly display gave the bride her fairytale wedding cake.
|
Sekara - this design incorporated just 3 simple round cakes but with the fountain and bridge layout and the fresh flower arrangements simple cakes were transformed into a display with the wow factor.
|
Coleen - if your cake is to be on display at night, the lights in the water of the fountain create a really spectacular centrepiece for your evening reception room.

Novelty Wedding Cakes

Parcels - We have made lots of variations of a pile of parcels incorporating all sorts of colour schemes and finishing touches.

Beach - novelty three tier stacked design with ‘wave ’ effect on the side and sparkly shells, starfish and pebbles on the ‘sand’. The topper is a pair of palm trees with the bride relaxing in a hammock and the groom resting against one of the trees. The bride and groom can be personalised to look like the bride and groom.

Golden Parcels - three stunning gold and ivory parcels on top of one another finished with a
sugar ribbon bow.

Coral Reef - another idea for a couple who married abroad and had a reception when they returned home. A perfect design for a couple of scuba diving enthusiasts with lots of under-sea detail including rays, seahorses, fish, dolphins and turtles and a personalised topper of the bride and groom in their wedding attire complete with their goggles, oxygen tanks and flippers.

Nightmare Before Christmas - this was one of our most lavish wedding creations in celebration of the couple's favourite film. This included models of Jack and Sally, trailing roses and ivy, golden turrets and scary gargoyles.
|
Flags - this is a design that definitely made a statement! The oblong cakes were decorated as Union Flags and the cross of St. George and displayed to great effect on the step stand.
|
Flags and Camel - a variation on the flags theme but this time for a groom from the USA, marrying a bride from the UK, living in Dubai (with their 2 cats and dog) who got engaged while riding a camel ride in Egypt. I managed to incorporate all of this into their wedding cake design.

Palace - the ultimate fairy tale wedding cake. A multi tiered palace in this case covered with snowflakes and sparkle to go with the couple's wintery wedding theme. Any colour scheme can be incorporated.

Only Fools & Horses Van - a surprise from the bride to the groom to bring something from his favourite TV show to their wedding day!
|
Kayaks - a cake made for a couple who's hobby is kayaking. They are modelled in their kayaks wearing their wedding outfits riding the rapids!
|
Football - a cake to reflect the couple's love of football including a ball, the shirts of their favourite teams and personalised figures of them standing in the middle of a football pitch.
|
World of Warcraft Castle - made for a couple who met playing the online game. Modelled on a specific castle – the couple provided the figures of their online characters to complete the cake display.

Newspaper - the design for this cake was provided by the bride and groom and we had it printed on edible sugar paper and made the cake in the shape of a newspaper. The ultimate in personalised wedding cakes.

Tiffany Boxes - another example of stack of boxes, this time decorated in the colours and style of the popular jeweller Tiffany & Co incorporating large satin 'ribbon' bows.

England Rugby A cake ordered by the bride to surprise her groom who used to play rugby for England. Another design that included personalised bride and groom figures on the top tier which is supported by 4 England players.

Rollercoaster a second 'family' wedding cake for a couple who also had a traditional cake. This features all the family in their wedding attire riding on their favourite rollercoaster ride.

Sea Life - a subtle blend of blues and silvers are used to decorate this cake with an under sea theme around the base, finished with a bride and groom topper.
|
Phantom of the Opera - the couple who commissioned this cake loved the musical and wanted their cake themed to reflect this even down to the musical notes piped around the cake which are taken from 'Music of the Night'

Las Vegas - a fun design incorporating a roulette wheel, casino chips and playing cards supported with a giant dice and even the famous Las Vegas sign - perfect for a casino themed wedding or as in this case for a couple celebrating after marrying there.

Rally Car - for a couple into racing rally cars this was the perfect wedding cake. We added the wedding ribbons to make it fitting for the occasion.

Pink Cadillac - Bobby socks and rock and roll were the order of the day for this themed wedding and a model of a Pink Cadillac car complimented the 50's theme.
|
His & Hers Feet! - the couple who commissioned this have countless photographs of their sun kissed feet paddling in the water taken on their many paradise holidays. This cake proves anything goes these days!

Cruise Ship rather than a scale model of a real cruise liner this couple wanted a tiered cake that eluded to being a cruise liner but still incorporated their colour scheme. We finished the design with personalised figures standing on 'deck' for the top of the top tier.

Happy Days! the brief for this cake was the favourite pass times of the couple including caravanning, playing golf, reading and visiting National Trust properties. From that we came up with this design incorporating all their wishes including creating a model of Cliveden in the background.

The Suitcase Stack - is a popular novelty wedding cake especially with couples marrying abroad and then celebrating with a reception back home or those planning a special honeymoon. We can incorporate lots of different themes into this design and all sorts of toppers are available from sugar flower sprays to palm trees and personalised bride and groom figures. |

therefore, even copies of my own designs
may vary slightly from the original.
We are based in Caversham, Reading in Berkshire, and in the beautiful South Oxfordshire countryside at Greenlands Farm, Moulsford, not far from Wallingford, Didcot, Henley-on-Thames and Thame. We deliver our wedding cupcakes regularly throughout Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Middlesex, Wiltshire, west Surrey, north Hampshire, parts of Buckinghamshire and into Central London.
