Mia - a minimalist design incorporating square cakes with block separators and glass separating the tiers. Finished with a flowing spray of fresh calla lilies and grasses.

Tia - the popularity of the Mia design has prompted this new round version with glass sheets and block separators. Shown here in pink with fresh gerberas but this design looks stunning in any colour with lots of different types of flowers

Harriet - four round tiers stacked with an elegant 'fabric' effect swag from top to bottom and dramatic sprays of large red roses make up this stunning design. Click on the photograph to see another version in a different colour scheme.

Tina - Something different with decoration around the top edges of the cake incorporating tiny ivy leaves, rose buds and in this case, gold butterflies. See the detail of the decoration by clicking on the picture.

Isabel - this is another design featuring the popular bow and brooch decoration. Delicately decorated tiers incorporating some fine piping and lace trim. Flowers could be added to the top tier to complete the look.

Erin - another variation on the vintage theme incorporating shades of ivory and mink which is a popular colour scheme at the moment - although all designs can be adapted to suit your wedding themes.

Lilia - dramatic and very chic, black and white is currently a popular choice for weddings. This design incorporates plain and highly decorated tiers with accents of silver to catch the light.

Peony - a pretty Summery design incorporating delicate piped decoration over the cakes and the spaces between the tiers blocked with fresh peonies. This would work equally well using roses.

Annabel - a combination of part stacked and pillared cakes gives height to this design which is decorated with fabric effect swags and long sprays of sugar flowers. Click on the photograph to see another version in a different colour scheme.

Lucy - Simple square stacked design with simple pink ribbon bands and scattered sugar Phalaenopsis Orchids matched the brides choice of flowers and wedding theme perfectly.

Leila - 3 square tiers on traditional pillars with a contemporary pleated fabric effect decoration on the corners topped with simple sprays of white calla lilies and bear grass. Very much the look of the moment.

Kayla - simply decorated square tiers separated by clear block separators gives a clean look to this cake which is set off with sprays of, in this case, plum coloured calla lilies with grasses.

Camilla - a classic contemporary design of a square cake with vertical line piping around the sides, 'blocked' with fresh 'avalanche' roses and finished with a small posy on the top tier.

Martina - planning a winter wedding? This snowflake covered modern design is perfect for a wedding in the winter months and also incorporates the latest look with bow and brooch trim.

Carmel - stacked tiers with pretty scroll piped detail and ribbon and pearl trim which can be in any colour scheme. Finished off with sprays of sugar flowers including grasses threaded with pearls for a truly elegant effect.

Cindy - a cute little design that will appeal to those with a sweet tooth! Decorated with 'love heart' sweets and a pastel coloured wired heart topper finished with personalised figures of bride and groom ( and in this case bridesmaids too!). This will work equally well with 3 or more tiers.

Pearl - a simple stack of square cakes with a twist. literally! Incorporating a very fashionable colour scheme at the moment although the ribbon colours can be changed and diamante could replace the pearl trim. The offset flower on the dark base board makes this design just a little bit different!

Lianne - A fresh design incorporating two square tiers with the top tier offset. Another design using calla lilies as the feature decoration, the modern look is completed with the cake being displayed on our clear acrylic stand filled with silk petals. lilies.

Kimberley - fresh and pretty with a cascade of roses and small flowers with tiny sugar butterflies, this is a classic floral look on a contemporary stacked cake.

Lydia - a tall stacked cake with 4 square tiers covered with ivory icing and decorated with white ribbon and piped side design - an unusual combination but one which gave a clean fresh look. The posy on the top matched the bride's choice of flowers.

May - a bright, modern fun design incorporating a personalised topper with hearts and lots of diamante bling. Displayed to great effect using acrylic separators and base stand all filled with matching rose petals.

Michala - this design uses clear acrylic block separators filled with fresh roses both between the tiers and on the top. The sides of the cakes are decorated with simple dots and diamantes.

Kerry - A classy looking cake with the bottom two tiers stacked and the top on pillars to give some extra height. The base of the tiers are trimmed with crystals and the tiers incorporate a zig zag of 'swags'. Finished with sprays of fresh flowers.

Gaynor - a stacked cake in white edged with sparkling diamante trim with a fabric effect swag used to highlight the sprays of red and ivory sugar roses.

Tiger Lily - a tall, pillar design using deep tiers, offset with specimen sugar flowers, in this case Tiger Lilies. This is ideal for a smaller wedding as the tiers are small in size but the display is tall and elegant.

Pippa - this is the traditional iced cake version of the ever popular Chrissie design from my Chocolate collection. Shown here in a very contemporary all white colour scheme.

Dot - fun and funky stacked cakes decorated with dots and bows. Shown in chocolate brown and pink which is currently a very popular colour combination but this would work well in any colour scheme.

Brigitte - if you are going for a striking colour scheme it can be incorporated into your cake very effectively using contrasting coloured tiers and decoration.

Ivy - gold separators, gold trim and the simple gold base stand are the basis for this modern wedding cake design using fresh ivy garlands. Topped off with a quirky personalised topper which included the couples beloved dog.

Megan - simple and pretty, this three tier cake has the tiers all decorated slightly differently incorporating tiny flowers and pearly dots. This design can be adapted to any colour combination but looks perfect with shades of pink and lilac.

Selina - contemporary heart shaped cakes displayed on an offset stand finished with simple straight displays of calla lilies give this design it's smooth lines and modern look.

Carrie - a very pretty design incorporating a very popular colour scheme this year of sage green and pale pink. Each tier decorated differently and finished with a posy of large open pale pink roses.

Kate - tiers mounted on glass sheets has proved a very popular design feature and is incorporated in this design with stacked tiers and a top tier which reflected both the wedding colour scheme and a favourite of the bride.

Diamante - more and more brides are choosing black and white for their wedding colour sheme. This design incorporates the monochrome look plus added bling! This could easily be adapted to round cakes or a stacked style.
