No two weddings begin the same way. What follows isn't a checklist — it's how an idea becomes the centrepiece of your day, shaped by hand from our kitchen to your venue.

We listen

Start with your date and venue — bring a screenshot, a sketch on a napkin, or a half-formed feeling. We've made great cakes from all three.

We arrange a discovery call

We chat through your ideas online or over the phone — a chance to get to know the two of you, the wedding day you're planning, and how your cake fits into it.

You sample our delicious flavours

We're proud of the range and taste of our cakes, and we know sampling matters. It's included in the price of every wedding cake — no extra charge. We'll post samples to try at home, or taste the full range at one of our Open Weekends.

We refine your ideas

There's plenty of time to change your mind or revise your plans — we offer complete flexibility on every detail. We can meet in person if the design needs more in-depth discussion. Nothing moves forward until you're happy with what's in front of you.

We make, by hand

Your cake is baked fresh to order in our kitchen. Every sugar flower, ruffle and gilded detail shaped by the same pair of hands — from first crumb to final petal.

We arrive & set up

On the day we bring the cake to your venue and set it up ourselves. By the time you see it, it's already in place — the only job left is cutting it.
