Catherine Scott first learned to make cakes over 40 years ago, starting out as part of her Duke of Edinburgh's Award in the 1980s. For years it was a much-loved hobby — until, in November 2004, she turned her passion into a business.
Through countless courses and workshops she has refined her craft, and Celebration Cakes by Catherine Scott has grown to become one of Berkshire and Oxfordshire's premier wedding and celebration cake businesses — built almost entirely on word-of-mouth recommendation.
As Catherine puts it: "If you can imagine it, we can probably make it from cake, sugar or chocolate."
