Cake Stand Hire

Celebration Cakes have a selection of cake stands and other equipment for hire. You can see many of our cake stands and silver celebration cake knives on our wedding cake pages.

The cake stand hire charge, as quoted, is payable to secure the hire booking. A security deposit is required when hiring cake stands and other hire items. For the security deposit we require your credit or debit card details which are held until all hired items are returned on time and undamaged, the deposit amount is not processed unless a claim for replacement or repair is necessary. Some cake stands are only suitable for certain sizes of cakes, we can advise you which stands are suitable for your wedding cake if you know the sizes of your cakes and the boards they are mounted on when you telephone or email.

We do not offer delivery on cake stand hire, or post or send stands by courier. Stands are available for personal collection and return only at either of our addresses. Please email or telephone to check availability.

Tiered Cake Stands

Security deposit £75–£200. Available styles include the Three Tier Step, Three Tier Curved Step, Three Tier High Step, Three Tier Spiral, Three Tier ‘E’, Three Tier ‘S’, Three Tier Multi, Three Tier Swan, Two Tier ‘C’, Three Tier Offset Acrylic, Four Tier Curved, Four Tier Straight and Large Three Tier Spiral.

Base Cake Stands — Standard (14 inch)

£15 hire · £50 deposit

14 inch diameter or square base stands. Available styles include Simple Round Gold (Shiny), Simple Round Silver, Simple Square Silver, Simple Square Gold, Simple Round Gold (Matt), Ornate Round Silver, Ornate Round Gold and a range of vintage and decorative designs.

EPNS (Silver Plated) Base Stands

£30 hire · £200 deposit

Genuine silver-plated EPNS base stands in ornate vintage designs — a beautiful traditional finish for your wedding cake.

Acrylic Base Stands

£30 hire · £150 deposit

Clear acrylic base stands for a contemporary, understated look that lets your cake take centre stage.

3-Tier White Ceramic Cup Cake Stands

£5 per stand (min £20) · £25 per stand deposit

Twelve available — elegant white ceramic three-tier stands, perfect for displaying cup cakes and individual treats.

£30 hire · £100 deposit

Tiered acrylic stands for cup cakes and individual cakes, available in round, octagonal, square and heart-shaped designs from four up to nine tiers.
